Our story, in short.
HEER FREIGHT LTD was founded by engineers who were tired of seeing well-funded projects collapse under their own complexity. We started with a simple thesis: most software fails for organisational reasons, not technical ones — and the cure is craft, clarity, and senior judgement applied early.
Today we operate as a distributed studio with engineers, designers, product managers, QA specialists and cloud architects working as a single delivery unit. Every engagement is staffed with people who have shipped comparable systems before.
